I'm trying to make sure this RR has a thematic completeness, that each element of the story gets some kind of resolution, even if that's only a "to be continued..." kind of thing.

One of them was less ebenvolent than the other.

I expect everyone's reactions to be slightly skewed from normal, since the "I like the Carnifex" vibe is still swaying people's judgements.
