No, that was Kink the Conqueror changing his own origin, and therefore taking the first step to becoming a paradox that could master time and conquer void. Later he evolved into the time-villain Wang the Conqueror, then latterly into the mysterious Void Scholar - who revels in paradox and comes closer to his goals with every contradiction.
