I have already said this, but it probably bears repeating: The characters from the Tomb of Thevros the Undying are reserved:

Orion Stargazer, Shadowfire the Mage, Saroc the Disembowler; Thevros; Aunt Lavinia (although there is a PVMB version of her in the Ghoul Enclave that can be used) and Darktree. And the Ancient and the dragon, of course.
