I'm just exploring the natural consequences of the situation we've extrapolated.
Danny has certainly acquired a major strategic advantage. The one really obvious way I can think of someone doing it is picking Danny off early in the fight, which I'm sure the Purveyors will try next time, that could be got around by having Danny at the other end of the portal but then he'd not be able to join in the fight. How good is he at using his powers at range anyway? And could he use the Portal of Pretensiousness to improve on it? See next time, when Danny cradles his fingertips together.
Most of them came from the tie-ins or from correspondence. I should have credited L!Q for the FMRC team, for example.
But don't you think he was sporting to give them fair warning like that? He really didn't want to miss his TV programme.
You managed to come up with the major plot driver of next episode. Well done. | |||||||
