Well, I can tell you that Vizh and especially Hallie would both be seriously freaked out to hear that Liu Xi is keeping (and has considered using) a copy of the Necronastycon, be it the prime copy or not. I don't see them trusting her with it... They'd both want to know why it wasn't handed over to Ebony and buried somewhere nobody is going to get to it. Vizh might listen to an answer, but I don't think Hallie would.
