I'm very sorry to hear about that, especially the loss of a pet. A bad day indeed.

I think we need some kind of climax to our extended Caphan short story series.

Effectively they are a touring company, the galactic equivalent of the old travelling troupes bringing the big show to hick towns across the dustbowl. The ship doubles as a show tent.
