> > Either they're going to have to have Al B Harper build something to get them into that pocket dimension and back (and hope the Phantom Elevator doesn't steal it) or possibly Liu Xi can pick up the "scent" of it on Hatman and CSFB! and track down the pocket dimension. The bonus to the latter is Liu Xi would be angry enough to show the Phantom Elevator who's god in his pocket reality. CSFB! would characterize that as "fun to watch".

> I'm still trying to focus this story on the new cut-down core team and determine if they're able to handle things like the larger previous team did. A close look at the Hallowe'en Compound story will pick up a throwaway line there that indicates that that tale and this one were happening at the same time, which is why Liu Xi's not available here.

CSFB! will have to find something else fun to watch, then.
> > Interestingly enough, the Psychic Samurai would probably have the simplest and most efficient plan. She has an elevator in her apartment building, so she'd simply locate the Phantom Elevator's handler and offer to buy everything he took from the Lair Legion, for an insane amount of money, with the condition that he deliver it in person (with her rep in the underworld, it would be believable enough). The Lair Legion will be waiting for him. She would interpret his being for sale as his greatest weakness.

Knowing Chiaki she'd probably go underground and pick them off one by one. They would literally have to move into a single room together and be afraid to use the bathroom to avoid her. Of course the question of whether she
actually would is another matter. Chiaki would have to be pushed pretty far to resort to assassination, and only if it's to protect something.

Double noted.
