Subj: It's true... as soon as you drive them off the lot, even their trade-in value plummets.

> An excellent conclusion to this fine story. I thought you handled all the characters perfectly, especially the Foxglove brood.

I have to give Kirk credit for some of that... Long ago, he wrote me with how he felt Dream would react to the events of the first chapter. It just took a while getting there... and then I found I wasn't quite qualified to write his actual rant against the protesters, so I cheated and skipped it.

> The nod to Mags's adventurous side was a clever moment, and I enjoyed Glory's part in this.

I'm glad, because I enjoyed Glory's part in this as well. I just wish I had thought of some clever dialog for her. I always enjoy her delivery in other people's stories.

> Reverand Fleetwood was well used here too, both in his counsel with Hallie and with the assembled Legion. The hate mail bit was a nice touch as well.

Just trying to keep those particular issues brewing until I have time to address them properly. I'm not sure what the ranking in Legion Hate-mail might be, but I imagined that Epitome gets a lot of college students calling him a Fascist. I imagine CSFB's isn't exactly hate mail so much as fundamentalists telling him they're praying for his soul...

> When CSFB! decided to take the kids out for ice cream I was a bit surprised, considering it didn't seem like something he would do without asking their parent's permission but of course he had, I just forgot about one of the parents. And I quite liked Miiri's moment at the end; it willbe interesting to see on how good she makes her vow.

I originally wasn't going to have him ask, but I too felt that was overstepping the bounds. Since I wanted to work in Miiri's plan at the end anyway, it was easy enough to drop her in a scene early.

> All that was missing was how Vizh would view these current events, though I suppose we'll see them soon enough.

Yes, Vizh looks like a deadbeat dad in this story. That's what I get for starting it when he was on his quest with Asil.

> Great job!

Thanks... I'm glad to have this one checked off the list finally.
