Somewhere out in Comic Book Limbo, there sits four people & one animal.

There are two men. The taller of the two of them was dressed in a mustard yellow/sangria red striped knit sweater vest. Under the vest is a mustard yellow dress shirt & his fire engine red bow tie was tilted to the left a bit. He had a pair of high water burgundy red tweed slacks with a black plastic belt. He sat with one leg draped over the other. On his feet were a dirty pair of yellow Chuck Taylor All-Star tennis shoes. Inside the shoes were a pair of red & yellow striped knit socks. Beside him draped over the back of a chair was a bright neon yellow knee length trench coat. His hair was a maroon colored messy attempt at a pompadour. He also had on a pair of glasses but they were the kind that would would get at movie theaters if you were going to see a 3-D movie. Beside him was 4 large pieces of plastic luggage., 2 of them was red & the other 4 were yellow.

Seated next to him was a man dressed in a pair of navy blue canvas Chuck Taylor All-Star tennis shoes & on his feet were a pair of argyle socks. He wore a well-worn, ripped in places, pair of blue jeans. He had an unbuttoned red & black flannel shirt with his dark grey t-shirt on, it had a bright pink Monkey shaped balloon animal. He had messy, dark brown hair & a pair of black horned rimmed glasses which were slight askew. On the floor beside him was an Accordion, a backpack & a duffle bag.

Near them was a woman. Her feet were up on another chair. On her feet were navy blue Chuck Taylor All-Star high tops & argyle socks. Her pants are a well worn, ripped & torn pair of blue jeans. She also wore a greying black hoodie. It's not zipped up & open. You could see her black t-shirt that it read "Waffles United" in large white text. On her wrists were a few too many bracelets & a couple of wrist bands. On her left wrist is an old calculator watch. A few of her fingers had some rings on them, On her right ring finger looked to be a silver Waffle ring. She had black nail polish which was cracked & chipped in places. She had short sandy blond which was pulled back & into two small ponytails, one on each side of the back of her head. She was wearing a pair of black plastic glasses. On the floor next to her chair was olive drag colored messenger bag.

The four person was a woman. She was dressed in a pale pink blouse, a dark chocolate brown cotton skirt that went to her mid calf. Under that are a pair of nude colored nylons & a pair of sensible leather pumps on. Her mousy brown hair was styled in a partly messy bun atop her head. Next to her was a imitation designer leather handbag & a small black plastic piece of luggage.

On a chair near them all was small calico colored hamster eating a jelly bean. next to the hamster was a pile of colorful jelly beans, all of them all have bite marks on them.

Ronald Arnold Gerrimoto Beeslyhuxtoy. Chadwick L. Swiss. Catherine Rosario Gillespie. Jane Tarzania. Little Cat.

They are waiting. For each person they are in a room but for each person the room appear different to them. To Catherine it appears to be the waiting room outside the morgue at the Goth Haven City Hall where she is the night attendant. For Jane it looks like the waiting area at the Parrodipolis office of the Federal Meta-Human Resource Center. She has tried to walk over to her desk but some force isn't allowing her to do so (Catherine has said it looked to her like every time Jane tried to walk over to her desk she was walking into a wall).

With Ronnie it's some diner with horrible service. What Chad sees changes for him. It's never the same thing twice. It's not known what Little Cat sees.

There is one thing they all agree upon: there is only one way in or out. 1 door. The door is always in the same spot but none of them can open it. The door is not locked, they just can't open it. Of those whose door had a window in it when they looked through the window all they say was white nothingness on the other side.

They know why they had the luggage or at least they think they do. They were going on a trip. A trip to England. A trip to visit Ronnie's parents. A trip that was being forced on them by the personal assistant to Besslyhuxtoy family: Clive Hudgens.

Hudgens & none of his gaggle of men in grey suits were nowhere to be found in this waiting room. None of them are sure what happened to them.

There was another member of their party: Mr. Spooky. He was going to accompany them on their trip but he is not there either.

They were all bored. They have not had anything to do for awhile. Or at least they think they have not. None of their watches or clocks in their own version's of the room seem to be working. It's always 5:02 pm.

Just there through the door (or doors depending on how the person viewed the room) in came a tall, slender man.

He had messy brown hair that went half way down his neck. His skin was a bit pale & he wore frame less glasses. He had the growth of five worth of stubble on his face. He looked to not have slipped in a few days. He wore a long, well worn brown leather trench coat which went all the way down to the ground. The ends of the coat were frayed, dirty & a bit burnt. Under his trench coat, he wore a two-toned dark blue & gunmetal black leather accented jumpsuit. Around his waist was a gunmetal black leather belt. His belt had a silver buckle had yellow "L" on it. On his hands is a pair of dark brown, well wore, leather gloves; the fingertips of the gloves are cut off exposing his fingers. He also wore mid calf leather gunmetal black leather boots. Each boot had dark brown leather straps. Each strap had silver metal clasps. There were three of each on both boots. In his left hand was what looked to be an old book bounded in some type of leather.

He looked confused.

"hello." he said as he looked around the room & saw who was there.

"have we met before?"
