Your experience of gold lamé-wearing cosplayers is clearly different from mine.

I can honestly say I have 0% experience with gold lame-wearing cosplayers.

I can offer a qualified recommendation.

I am noticing that each section is getting longer, too. The Mumphrey episode (Chapter 6) is nearly twice the length of Chapter 1. This is a worrying sign.

Stop worrying. You know it always happens. Let the story flow as it wants.

It's a time issue. A short section takes maybe an hour or two. A long one takes double that or more, plus adding in hyperkink notes etc. So far this month I've produced roughly the same amount of PV text as a small paperback novel - and I'm only on Day 12, with material to last up to Day 14. I need to keep this tight.

Meanwhile - I'm glad to see the Roposapien rights movement get a look in. I kind of like that this is a slow background plot in our shared Parodyverse.

It has been a major theme, growing organically from Vizh's obsession about what is real and what is fake. That, and Caphans, are his major legacies to the board.

It's nice t- oh wait. What? They're all gonna die? Darn it Watsar. So evil. Hopefully the Shoggoth and co. will find a way to save them all.

Wouldn't that be just lovely?

So let's see. We've got fundamental laws of the universe changing. Laws of physics changing. Ancient curses being revoked. Aspects of reality diminishing.

    Something big is going down.

After today's story (chapter 5) exploring the ramifications of the changes, the next segment offers a few explanations. And expands the cast - because there are so few characters to include, really.
