It means that Stacy, who is actually a daughter of the Royale (Mafia-type) crime family, is a massive wannabe snob who hopes to impress her teammates with big claims she doesn't really understand. I'm not sure if we'll ever do a "truth comes out" story for her (maybe I could shoehorn it into this one; if HB had been there I probably would have), but she's like one of those snobs who argue that if history had gone differently he would he the King of New Jersey.
