...Unfortunately I got home to find my daughter with a broken foot. She doesn't have the slightest idea how she did it, and is now in plaster.
She and Sharon spent the afternoon in casualty, and I ended up taking them out for a meal this evening as Sharon was really not in a state to cook.
On the plus side, I had two glasses of rather fine cider, and am now even less connected to reality than usual.
I'll try and get the story finished and posted in the near future. When I am not trying to move my daughter around, that is...
