Sort of. Yes, this is the first Ham-Boy story ever. But, this is version of Ham-Boy exists/existed in a alternate dimension that is dead now. We have yet to see the origin story of the Parodyverse proper's Ham-Boy. It's something I should do some day.

As for the case, it wouldn't be the first time the People have filed one against them. $\:\)$

Also, It's Ronald A.G. Beeslyhuxtoy, Ronnie's got 2 middle names. But for there being a story of this it's slightly unlikely since the duo are currently missing so if I was to do such a story it would be mostly Catherine & Jane (Maybe Mr. Spooky also) doing something about it.
