Al B. and CZ seemed like an interesting match-up and allowed for a relatively quick resolution to a story that is supposed to be one more layer in a suite of join-the-LL stories.

As for the story, let's just say that [spoilers blacked out] CSFB!'s recent announcement and the consequences of it aren't forgotten, and the criminal underworld decide the best way to push back is to let a little blood on the new roster - with a $5m bounty on a new Legionaire's head.
