Who would you like to see on the Abandoned Legion line-up? I've got two roster spots open right now, and my only criteria is that at least one of the characters has to be a villain.
So who would you like to see?

... And say PsychoAcidPervGirl!, but I can't argue with Mary Prankstar. 
Although it might be interesting to explore the two characters' differences, since Dream's sister is not nearly so cheerful or inclined to play nicely with others, and yet, at the same time, she is trying to redeem herself, even if she herself doesn't know yet whether or not she wants to be a hero like her big brother. She's a recovering addict who has a habit of pulling on loose threads and poking things with sharp sticks just to provoke a reaction, so she'd be a great instigator.
