Folks are encouraged to take a free look at the latest edition of Planetary Stories online today.

This edition of the SF pulp magazine features a story by I.A. Watson (i.e. me) called Loss Adjustment. I decided there just weren't enough SF insurance company stories out there.

Somewhere in there under the link labelled "Pulp Spirit" is an essay On Heroes, also by me.

You'll note that there's an option at the bottom of each page to offer some e-comment. Feel free to leave a remark. But then post it here too, because I'm not actually sure what happens to those comments when you've made them.

I'm still not sure exactly how Caplin's truck got smashed; it seems like the mystery woman was pretty peaceful. Unless her plan was to smash up a vehicle for him to come out and inspect, bringing her chosen champion to her. That makes sense (in the sci-fi world, anyway).

Fun perspective on this one. Good job.
