I don't know if HH left her out purposely or not, but I did state before that the Psychic Samurai would be really difficult to convince to join the LL. She would be too worried that her association with Akiko Masamune and her own checkered past might give the LL the wrong kind of image.

She could be convinced, but it wouldn't be easy.
