Reply Subj: The lighthouse will surely be home to wacky "Three's Company" style misunderstandings...

That is an important point, though, about the best technology being available for portability.  Servers these days are notoriously unreliable because the underlying technology (processors, motherboards, memory, etc) have been commoditized.  They're designed now not for reliability, but for easy and low-cost replacement when they fail.  I don't think Hallie wants her servers constantly in repair.

Even Apple got in on the trend, making both the XServe (a compact blade server using mostly portable technology to keep the space requirements down and reliability high) and the Mac Mini server edition, which is the size of a cable modem.

I just thought of the body idea because it's been used before, and a lot less cliche than carrying around Hallie in a little box with lights on it.  I'm sure it's going to cause problems of its own though, because while Anna's body cost in the billions (because of the use of the latest composites etc), Hallie's was built mostly out of available parts on a strict budget.
