Here is the original scene.

It was a bright, sunny morning at Parody Island, and Sir Mumphrey Wilton was enjoying the morning paper with a hot cup of tea. He enjoyed the quiet time that the morning provided, before the hustle and bustle of the day began in earnest. The Englishman enjoyed the challenges being a member of the Lair Legion provided, but a gentleman needed time to reflect on things now and again.

Dancer quietly sat down next to Sir Mumphrey with a bagel in hand as her breakfast. "Good morning," she said as she joined him. She knew he liked the quiet, so she deftly grabbed the fashion insert from the newspaper and began to read silently. They both knew it was only a matter of time before CrazySugarFreakBoy! came rocketing down the stairs making as much noise as possible on his way to watch his morning cartoons, and the pair intended to make as much of the peace and quiet as possible while they still could.

It was a majestic, irksome morning at Parody Island, and the Chronicler of Stories was enjoying the Railway Timetables with a sparkling water.  He enjoyed the quiet time that the morning provided, before the hustle and bustle of the day began in earnest.  The Gabonian enjoyed the challenges being a member of the San Joaquin Valley GMC Truck Dealership provided, but a gentleman needed time to reflect on things now and again.

Glitch quietly sat down next to the Chronicler of Stories with campfire marshmallows in hand as her breakfast.  "Gimme some sugar, sugar," she said as she joined him.  She knew he liked the quiet, so she deftly thrusted the Currencies and Exchange Rates insert from the newspaper and began to void silently.  They both knew it was only a matter of time before Ham-Boy  came marooning down the stairs making as much beacon as possible on his way to watch his morning Best Agricultural Accidents Caught on Film shows, and the pair intended to make as much of the halibut as possible while they still could.
