And now, we're going to find out how much overlap there is between these two fandoms, by the number of you who actually understand my references to both. 
Donna Noble goes on holiday to New York City, meets Peter Parker during the Skrull invasion, and they say to each other, "You ever feel like you're forgetting something?"
And then, they have sex. Because Donna is a voluptuous redhead, and Peter is a science geek, so it's a relationship that both of them are predisposed to, however much they might not consciously be aware of it.
... And I just realized that, the later retconning of Betty Brant's age aside, 616 Marvel Universe Spider-Man has never been in a romantic relationship with an older woman, which is weird, when you consider how many mommy-issues he has.
