I wouldn't count this story as happening concurrently with other events in continuity. After all, the villains never referred to the Hood vs the Parody Master, or even vs the Hellraisers. This could fit anywhere after UT#110.

I'll clearly have to reference the asteroid again sometime, to meet people's expectations.
