Of course.

Not really, in the plot frame I'm using. However, if you want to go a different way it's your character and this is a round robin so the rest of us would adapt.

> > > And when Liu Xi does return, Vinnie might wish she hadn't. It's going to be quite different for her at least - she'd return home expecting to be welcomed, and instead she would be hurt over this disaster. Of course by then she'd also realize the Void Scholar is bent on death and destruction, and she'd do her best to perform nothing of the sort, even if she's angry, so she doesn't fall into the trap and contribute to it.
> > I received your tie-in narrative. Of course, there are also mitigating circumstances to be taken into account. Vinnie and Kerry are victims.
> Maybe that's why Liu Xi made that promise to herself.

It'll still be a while before that meeting comes into place.

> > There are some flaws in his [Void Scholar's] plans which are not clear to him.
> Those are things Liu Xi would see, because she believes more in improvisation than a plan.

It's important to build the cracks into the plot early on so the resolution doesn't feel too forced.
