>Between Natalia and Bettie, Griffin seems to have developed an eye for older women (well, older than himself, anyway), and they seem fond of him in turn.

Well, as mentioned before, it's hard to pair him up with characters his own age. There's Sam, and then...
>Your saurian creations are going to make my own (if I manage to introduce them in this story) seem like weak knock-offs by comparison.

Sorry if I beat you to the punch. If they're suitably close, then perhaps the two races can be related or offshoots of each other.
>And I hope Hallie's amnesia is temporary, since I took to heart her feelings, in one of your earlier stories, about reverting to a back-up version being equivalent to a form of death for her.

Sometimes, when I start my computer, it tells me that the settings for one of my programs are corrupted or missing, and that I should reinstall from a back-up. I'm not sure what causes it, but it seems to be a start-up glitch... The files are there, and if I tell it to go look for them later, it finds them just fine and I don't have to reinstall.
That's essentially where Hallie is... She hasn't reinstalled herself, so it's not a new copy of her programming running now. However, she's being blocked from accessing any memories past a certain date, so to her it's like it's still around the year 1999-2000. It's definitely intended to be more like amnesia than the "death" of being reinstalled.
