> Did I understand this right? Chiaki's method of stopping the Baroness is to release more dangerous supervillains from the Safe?

It's only part of the plan. She's trying to seed mass dissatisfaction among the people of Paradopolis by making the Baroness and her New Lair Legion look bad. Maybe there will even be angry riots. She's also trying to see if some of those dangerous supervillains might have it in for some of Beth's new pets. Chiaki is gambling that the mass release might cripple Beth's organization before it really gets started. And that's just Plan A.

Also keep in mind that Chiaki used to work for one of the most powerful gangsters in Paradopolis. She has the skill and the knowledge to become a near-supervillain herself, if only she can either avoid anyone who might want to kill her long enough, or create an organization of her own to protect her.

> I was intrigued by the Anna bit, and I see the potential for a bit of character definition for her. What happens when the tribal elders and shaman decide that the way to get back into her good books is to offer her a human sacrifice? What happens next time the Iguana People come along to raid more of the tribe for their experiments?

We'll see. I haven't really decided on the next part yet.

> Oh, and Yuki really needs to tame a riding dinosaur. You know she'd do it.

If she managed to find one, of course she would. Sadly the dinosaurs don't venture into the dense part of the jungle for some reason.

What happens when those escaped villains start to murder people? Isn't Chiaki responsible?
