A Sentinoid Program that often goes wrong and the untrustworthy Legion are forced to clean up the mess. Why should the Legion trust a government that, despite all their deeds over the years, continually creates programs that endanger citizens and hero alike?

Really, the Legion (and superheroes in general) has often made decisions like this in the past, it's not new territory. The Chronicler tattling to the government is new though...

I dunno, whenever we get into the metatextual aspects of the PV being made up of stories and whatnot things always get a bit screwy for me.
