Sure, they weren't the most popular heroes (those got placed in far more scenic locations.) Nor were they the brightest of groups (Both Supergirl and Aquaman were routinely referred to as "real blondes".) But it wasn't until the decision to remove the restraints on Parasite in order to better complete the chain that "Hands Across America 2008" really went wrong.
