My thinking is he likes Breasts. He wants a pair with him at all times but that doesn't mean he wants a woman with him. Hence the creation of the glass breasts!

I thought I explained that: His Gardener was given it to his wife so he had him killed. The body ended up in the Morgue so he wants it back to do what ever Gangsters' do with dead bodies.
