That's the Internet Movie Database...
There was no real movie called "The Man with No Name"...but there is a documentary by that name about Clint Eastwood and Spaghetti Westerns.
The first of the trilogy starring the Man with No Name, Fistful of Dollars, his name was listed to be "Joe" in the credits. In the second, For a Few Dollars More, he was listed to be "Monco". In the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, he was simply "Blondie".

Since "Monco" sounds similar to the Spanish word "Manco," ie. someone who lacks a hand or an arm, and the theory is that this nickname might allude to the fact that, in the beginning of For a Few Dollars More, Eastwood's character appears to save his right hand, for which he wears a supportive leather brace, for shooting only, since he uses only his left hand to light his cigar, deal cards and strike the man he's hunting, while keeping his right hand on his gun the whole time. Granted, he uses both hands equally throughout the rest of the film, but still ...
