Of course. Her own plan worked out and things were reset.

Liu Xi wouldn't even be aware of that, since as far as she knows she's the only one with the talent to mess with Void. Her family, though, had no such talents, so a direct link might be a long shot unless it skips a few generations.

Lara is unusual there, in that she's not afraid to make choices like that. She's not happy she had to, but given what has been happening up to that point she was probably fully prepared for it. The fact that she waited until the last minute says a lot about her self control. More on that in a tie-in, perhaps.

I wonder if the Carnifax is going to resort to more dangerous measures now that his plan was accidentally thwarted by Al B Harper.

I'm not sure if Danny is alive or dead at this point. I suspect the Hooded Hood may have taken advantage and returned though.
