Dr. Chimera was originally going to be a Mr. Epitome villain (a more sinsiter version of Arnim Zola is what I had in mind) but that idea got scrapped, so I went ahead and used the name. I do have ideas for Communist Manifestation, so maybe he (they?) will show up again.

You can thank google for that. I knew of the term, but wasn't aware the original Quisling was tied to the Nazis, but after I found that out the rest of the bit wrote itself.


and you set Beth up to get smacked on her fat ass, literally. Vizh needs to do art of that last one, preferably with Beth's pants pulled down.

As I said to Vizh, it seemed like an appropriately Silver Agey for the hero to win after all of his struggles and still keep the mood light. Batman has given out his share of spankings to femme fatales, and there's Supes disciplining Lois, and I seem to recall that Ben Grimm gave a paddling to Moondragon for her haughty attitude (though this was probably done at a time when the writers should have known better)
