Actually it's naked nuns struggling in the slime of a tentacular elder creature.

Not only that but he won't be able to replace it. CSFB!'s silly suit and equipment were with him at the time he originally received his powers, and Hatty's hatility belt is a unique artefact of the Parodyverse. Neither can be exactly replicated.
