Yep. Especially when that someone has years of pent-up frustration behind a shy sweet experior just waiting to be expressed.

As spiff points out, Regret was doing the offering. Maybe she can tell what kind of things tempt her subject (in which case she was either teasing Tom about Mr Epitome or he's playing both ways), maybe she just listed Yuki because Tom had encountered her recently and was sure to have noticed her, maybe she was planting some seeds of temptation in for later. She's very good at what she does.

I suspect Mumph is more than willing to be target #1. He wasn't bluffing when he threatened Slaughter abiout next time. I'm sure part of Mumph hopes the Heck-Fire Club is dumb enough to ignore the warning.
