The case was won when Joe Pesci cross examined Marissa Tomei, producing photographic evidence that it was indeed possible for separate 1957 Cadillac convertibles sporting identical two-tone mint green and fuscia paint jobs to have been at the hit-and-run scene. Batman and Robin were exonerated. Ralph Macchio decided to keep the tight red shirt and light blue shorts. Sadly, Marissa Tomei's career was never heard from again.
