>
> Parrodipolis.
> Phantomhawk Memorial Hospital.
> The Intensive Care Unit.
> Room 7-G.
>
> The Patient inside the room were having an adverse reaction to something. The Man was convulsing around, at least one doctors & a hand full of Nurses were trying to get him to lay still so that they can diagnose what is wrong. The Patient, a one Mr. Ronald Arnold Gerrimoto Beeslyhuxtoy was also mumbling something in a low tone & it was hard to understand exactly was it was.
>
> In the hallway, watching in on the proceeding events were Jane Tarzania, Ronnie's ex-girlfriend & the man know only as Mr. Spooky. There was another who was watching, Catherine Gillespie, but she had run off somewhere.
>
> Jane turned to Mr. Spooky & asked. "Can't you do something?"
>
> "Yes, I can do many things." He said coldly.
>
> "Then, do something!"
>
> "No. We must play the game as it has been set out for us. I doing something would impede the process."
>
> "But, Ronnie's dying in there."
>
> "He is fated to live."
>
> "You've said that before but seeing what I see: I doubt it. It look likes he's fated to die."
>
> "Don't assume what you see in the present is what the future will be." Mr. Spooky said stoically.
>
> "What?"
>
> "The game is not yet over." Mr. Spooky said & turned his attention back to what was happening inside the hospital room.
>
> Jane, angry at the man in the grey three piece suit, decided to stop asking questions & also turned her attention back to Ronnie.
>
> They stood there in silence until Catherine came back.
>
> "I'm back & look who I brought!" She said.
>
> The two of them turned & saw her there with another person, they were wearing a backless hospital gown (much like Ronnie was): It was Chad, in his left hand was his Accordion.
>
> "I've brought Chad to play music to sooth the savage beast!"
>
> "ok." Jane said. She knows Chad is pretty good musician but good enough to settle Ronnie down? She wasn't all that sure.
>
> Chad walked into the room, he put his instrument of choice on. He began to tune it a bit & then began to play.
>
> Jane wasn't sure what it was, it sounded Classical.
>
> "Oh. Oh. I know this! I hear it every Halloween. What's it name?" Catherine said, she paused then continued on. "What is it's name? It's on the tip of my tongue."
>
> "It's Toccata & Fugue in D Minor." Mr. Spooky said flatly. "Played rather well given that it is made for an Organ but is being played on an Accordion."
>
> Chad continued to play his piece, none of the medical practitioners seemed to mind Chad jamming away, they were to busy to stop him. As the music played on, Ronnie began to calm down. The convulsion were less frequent & less intense.
>
> By the end of the piece, Ronnie appeared to be laying peacefully on the bed. He was still mumbling something in a low tone & it was still hard to understand exactly was he was saying.
>
> Chad was getting near the end, so he started it all over again. It was getting almost Gothic there in the ICU.
>
> Out in the hallway, Jane turned to Mr. Spooky. "How did you know that would work?"
>
> "I didn't. But, this course of action seemed to be the most logical: Mister Beeslyhuxtoy spends most of his life in the presence of Mister Swiss which is peppered with bouts of Music played on the Accordion. Since being admitted to this Hospital, Mister Beeslyhuxtoy has not been in contact with Mister Swiss or heard any music of any kind. One could only assume that Mister Beeslyhuxtoy might go into some form of withdrawal."
>
> There was a few moments of silence. A short while later, one of the doctors exited the room.
>
> "How is he?" Jane asked.
>
> "Amazingly enough better then he has been. The Music seems to be healing him some how. I am still worried about the mumbling. It hasn't stopped & I think it's only one phrase repeated over & over again."
>
> "Can we go in?" Catherine asked.
>
> "Sure. He's seemed to stabilized. Not sure what going to happen once that guy stops playing though." The Doctor said & then walked off to handle other things.
>
> Jane went into the room first, followed shortly by Catherine & then Mr. Spooky. Jane went over to Ronnie, Catherine sat down in a chair near Chad & Mr. Spooky stood stoically near the door. There were a few Nurses in the room working.
>
> Chad was getting tired, he was on his third or fourth pass on the piece & his hand were starting to hurt. Mr. Spooky noticed this & said. "Mister Swiss, you may stop now."
>
> He did & Ronnie began to rise up. He began to float up off the bed. This seemed to scare almost all in the room, Mr. Spooky was unfazed.
>
> "What's going on?" Jane called out in fear.
>
> "The Game is coming to an end." Mr. Spooky called back.
>
> It was getting hard to hear for some wind sort of had picked up & was whirling around Ronnie as he floated there in air. His eyes were closed & he continued mumble. The wind that was whipping around his body did not appear to affecting his hospital gown any.
>
> All the Nurses had run from the room. Mr. Spooky walked forward.
>
> "Mister Beeslyhuxtoy, what is it that you want?" He said in a stern calm matter.
>
> Ronnie's eyes shot open & he began to glow, a bright yellow almost blinding glow. He continued to mumble, it was slightly louder this time. It was one phrase repeated over & over again.
>
> "I repeat: Mister Beeslyhuxtoy, what is it that you want?" Mr. Spooky said. This time was a little louder then before.
>
> The wind picked up more & starting to move items around the room. Chad, Catherine & Jane had to find sometime to hold to so them would not be spun around, lost in the tornado.
>
> Mr. Spooky stood firmly on the ground a few feet from from the floating, glowing man. "I repeat: Mister Beeslyhuxtoy, what is it that you want?"
>
> The wind picked up even more speed. Chad wanted to play some music to clam Ronnie down but by doing that he would let go of his hold on the door frame & then would be spun around the room.
>
> "Creepy!" Catherine yelled.
>
> Mr. Spooky's head turned in her direction. He repressed the urge to correct her.
>
> "Call him by name!" She yelled.
>
> He paused for a moment to think & then said "Ronnie, what is that you want?"
>
> Ronnie then spoke rather loudly "No more Drama!"
>
> The golden blinding light merged with an as equally blinding emerald light & then everything went White.

> Parrodipolis, Forbidden Comics, 61652 Fawcett Avenue.
>
> It was Wednesday Morning & every Comic Book Geek worth their Longboxes knows that this day of the Week is when that Week's new Comics come out. Almost like clockwork, one of Forbidden's regulars makes her way in through their front door, which was plastered with a poster for the one of the Big Companies' Massively Overblown Major Crossovers in which if you don't read every book, you'll be lost until the trade comes out which will cost to much.
>
> "Sorry I'm late." She said looking back over her shoulder as she came in. "I think the Barissta across the street hates me. I don't see why? So, I don't like have smiley faces, hearts, swirls, etc. drawn into the foam on top? Does that make me a bad person?" The Woman, Catherine Gillespie, said as she set down the cardboard carrying tray onto the counter (taking care to not place it on to any valuable mechanize).
>
> She pushed the hood on her black well-worn Hoodie (it's now frayed & kind of grey in color now). She shook out her raven hued hair a bit, her light blue highlights shined a bit under the halogen lighting. She took off her shoulder olive drab messenger bag (put it down on the counter next to the Coffee) & unzipped her coat to reveal the nerdy shirt underneath (This one was hyping the now defunct BBC Radiophonic Workshop).
>
> "So, what's good this week?" she ask as she pulled a small white paper bag out one of the outer pockets of her bag. The paper bag contained cookies. She pulled out one rather large cookie & took a bite.
>
> Now, Catherine had done all this before noticing that the Owner, most of the employees' & customers' were standing around a rather odd looking gentleman. At least Catherine thought it was a Gentlemen due to the fact that we was all Claude Rains'd out, his head was wrapped up in bandages & had sunglasses over his eyes, he had white gloves on his hands & was also wearing a quite dashing three piece suit. Seeing such a suit like that in a place like Forbidden Comics was almost disconcerting. Catherine did notice that the Man appeared to be leaking some type of gell beneath the bandages.
>
> Catherine noticed that people were looking at her like she had just said that Rob Liefeld was best Artist ever! She gave a sheepish half smile, turned slightly away from the group & continued to eat her cookie hoping they'd stop looking at her. As she ate, she flipped through a random comic on the counter.
>
> The group went back to their conversation with the man. Catherine out of the corner of her eye could see Store Owner, J.J. Adams, pick up a box & hand it to the gentleman. He gave a slight nod of the head & seemed to fold out of sight: Box, Suit, Bandages & all.
>
> A few seconds later, the store returned to normal. Customers went back to the racks, Employees' went back to their jobs & J.J. went over to the counter. Once there, he picked up on of the Coffee cups, he took a sip & said "Ah! Good old plain black Coffee. Nothing added, nothing needed."
>
> Catherine looked up from her Comic, Commander Canada was fighting radioactive giant glowing Beavers who were controlled by Dr. Quebec.
>
> "Was that who I think it was?" She asked.
>
> "I don't know. Who do you think it was?" J.J. asked.
>
> "The Manga Shoggoth?"
>
> "Then yes. Yes, it was. He was picking up his weekly supply of Imports, Manga, Anime, you know all that kind of stuff. I know he's an elder creature who could have easily separate a piece of his bio-mass & sent that on over to any Store in the world, but It's know he goes local. Now, I'm not sure If I just get to interact with a small bio-mass chunk but I don't really care because he buys a whole lot. I wouldn't mind interacting with his assistant more often." J.J. said with a look of arousal on his face. He smiled a wide smile & winked at Catherine. She rolled her eyes.
>
> "Oh. Be careful. He left a bit of residual goo on the floor so don't slip in it or anything. I might be able to get good money on eBay for an undisturbed piece of a super hero."
>
> "Sure." Catherine dead panned as he took another bite of her Cookie. She made sure not to get any crumbs on the book.
>
> "So, how's life?"
>
> "Fine." Catherine said with a bit of her cookie in her mouth.
>
> "How's the Boytoy?"
>
> "Chad?" She said after she swallowed. "Fine, I guess. Haven't seen him in a few days, his roommate has been hogging all his time."
>
> "Sound like you've got competition for his affection." J.J. mocked.
>
> "No! Ew. Sick. Ronnie is not Gay." Catherine shot back, paused & then said "At least not to my knowledge."
>
> Just then a familiar sound to fan's of a British Sci-Fi show could be heard.
>
> "Crap! The TARDIS is coming here & the store looks like crap!" J.J. said franticly.
>
> "Calm down." Catherine said. "It's just my cell phone, I have the materization sound set as my ringtone."
>
> J.J. took a few deep cleansing breaths as Catherine answered the Call.
>
> "Hello?"
>
> "Hello? Who is this?"
>
> "Chad? Oh, Hi. How's it going?"
>
> "Cool. Cool. How's the Ronster? He still hate me?"
>
> "Yes, he does. Not sure why."
>
> "Ok. But I definitely think he dislikes Me to a Nth degree."
>
> "Good."
>
> "Where am I is I'm down at Forbidden picking up this week's haul." Catherine said as she flashed the Devil horns with her other hand. J.J. returned the sign with his tongue stuck out. Catherine smiled & laughed a bit.
>
> "Oh nothing. J.J. here at the store just made me laugh. So, why the call?"
>
> "Ok. Yeah, I know the company. Who doesn't know Wally-World, they are almost omnipresent. The closest one I know of is right off I-666, just before you get to the Radioactive Wasteland. Why do you ask?"
>
> "Do I want to go to Wally-World with you & Ronnie?" Catherine said flatly. "Why?"
>
> "Because it would be fun." She said in the same flat tone. "Going to a Wally-World store is Fun?"
>
> "Yeah. Yeah. I guess it would be fun to mess with people shopping there & maybe some employees. But, that kind of seems a little mean. You know you don't have to go along with everything Ronnie wants to do?"
>
> "You could come over to my place & oh, I don't know: read Comics. I got the 2nd Season of The Tick cartoon on DVD that I haven't had time to watch yet." There was a short pause while she thought & then continued. "Oh! There is this restaurant that I heard that about that serves Waffles all day, we could go there & try that out!"
>
> "Well, Ta Roxor!"
>
> "It's Net speak. It roughly means Cool, or at least in the sense I just used it in."
>
> "So, I meet you back at my place in.." Catherine said as her voice trailed off as she checked her watch. "..about an hour. That copacetic?"
>
> "It roughly means is this ok on both sides."
>
> "Ok. See you in about an hour or more depending on traffic."
>
> Catherine ended the call & put the phone back into her pocket.
>
> "So, what's good this week?"
>
> "Well..." J.J. said.

> Footnote: The last part of this story was almost the same scene from the prologue in Revenge is a Dish best served Corporate style! Since that was the story that brought about the Drama & now with out it we revert back to a state before the whole Wally-World incident happened. But with this Retroactive measure: It erases all that happened in Revenge & the story line that happen after it Hospital Tales (The story line you just finished reading).

It's the song that greets me when I go to your MySpace page.

But, what did you think of the story?
