Time to subject you to more ponies. Christopher is a fan now too, so between that and his enthusiasm for the Avengers film, I'm real hip with the kids.

Plus, to tie the whole theme together...

In any case any excuse to enjoy your picts is a good one...I vote for one of them for a banner, we can always say they are us in disguise... ;\) . Defenitely such good art has to be in display!

Eh, aside from entertaining my cousin, nephew and godson who are all fans of the show, the main appeal is just the community around the show itself. A staggering amount of artists, musicians, writers, animators, video editors, programmers and such all just up and decided "let's do this for a while". It reminds me of the early creative heyday of the BZL, only on an obscenely grand scale. It's all fairly silly, especially trying to make it all look epic, but that's part of the attraction.

I don't think a banner is necessary though... no need to subject everyone to that. I only post this stuff here occasionally so that I have something to share. The works actually get plenty of display elsewhere, and I have a website devoted specifically for this stuff where I get a lot of feedback and such.

Yo thins gfrom seeing that much good stuff, perhaps she can learn to draw once for all ;)

But this banner, however cool, is not really that new...right? (hint) ;\-\)

I know you keep explaninig it to me...but I guess is similar to sports, or you like football or you don´t ;\) . And great you have all these kids happy, that is brilliant.

Like I said, I still love to see the picts that are really lovely apart from me being into ponnies (I hope I wrote that right..) or not

...

where are the steampunk ponies?

The steampunk ponies are on my to-do list. There are a ton of steampunk takes on them, which is not surprising considering that in the show itself the only vehicles that have ever been seen are horse-drawn carriages, steam locomotives, airships and this contraption:

In the meantime, here's one of the songs arranged in a instrumental steampunk style:

And for those with a more dark and twisted sensibility, here's a video explaining how they make rainbows in a world of candy-colored ponies (not for the squeamish):
