I loved fishing off of the dock during the summer on trips up north when I was younger. I still enjoy it when I visit my parents in Florida, though it's not a long dock but just the canal at the edge of their property. It's a good enough happy place to retreat to when work gets too monotonous. | |

I used to fish when I was in my teens. It is one of the few occasions when people really couldn't believe I was doing something - they couldn't believe I would sit still for long enough. I gave up fishing when I went to University and all my licences expired (You need a licence to fish in fresh water over here). The closest I get these dats is the occasionall crabbing trip. | |
