The name of member of the Undesirables or the sound a toy gun makes: you make the call?

Ah, the good ol' days... back when boys were men, dammit, and plastic rifles weren't day-glo. Sure, we'd lose a few every year to nervous police officers in dim lighting situations, but that was a small price to pay to adequately recreate an episode of the A-Team. A fun find!

For my blog (http://stuffbybrian.blogspot.com/), I'll soon be starting up a series on Ads from old comics that I find interesting. I scanned in this one just because it was a kid with a big gun. Then, I noticed that the sound effect was the name of a PV character so I had to post it here. Maybe there is a story in there?
