I have no idea if that will work or not though - and as you don't pay taxes in Australia can't be held responsibe if it doesn't. \:P

It was the most watched drama programme of the week, beaten only be a couple of soap opera episodes from being the most watched programme full stop. It got an audience appreciation index score of 86 where anything above 80 is considered excellent. It got good to brilliant reviews from all the major papers. And I really liked it.

And here's what Neil Gaiman had to say about the episode: http://journal.neilgaiman.com/2010/04/how-to-mortify-your-daughter.html

His episode is due next series.

I grew up with Dr Who (warning, childhood reminiscing follows)

It aired on the ABC every evening at 6ish or so and we watched it religiously.

I used to play it with my brother and sister. My brother was always the Doctor. He even had a scarf, hat and masses of curls (aka Tom Baker).

My sister was either Sarah, Romanna, or Leila usually.

I was usually K-9, but occasionally I got the role of the villain - Davros was a particular favourite because I could raise my eyebrows and cause forehead wrinkles.

I cried when Adric died. \:\( I had a crush on Nyssa.

Our favourite villains, well apart from the Daleks and the Cybermen, were the Zygons. Those things were so freaky! We called them the “Banana Men”. I’m not sure why – I think we thought they looked like bananas.(I still think of them thus and just had to google to find out the name).

Hey we were kids what would we know.

Ah the memories

Did you or your family catch the new K9 series on the Disney channel in the UK? I think the first episode aired in October last year and will start sometime in April this year (if it hasn't already).

If you watch the trailer here: http://k9official.com/videos.html you can see the office where I work. Right after K9 says “imminent detonation”. Drab grey building (it was filmed in the service alley at the back - so not the pretty side - not that the front is pretty). We were watching from the office windows above as they filmed it. Har har my brush with 'fame'.

I think this is aimed at a younger audience so not sure if you caught it or not.
