Basically what Shrike said, but... > 1. What's the current status of The Safe? It was damaged in the recent mass breakout at the start of the World Without Heroes stuff. That said, it's bound to be repaired so it could be back to being fully functional if you want it to be. | ||||

My idea picks up during the reconstruction so I wouldn't have it fully functional just to a point were they are checking to see who's there & who's not. |
