anime.mangacool.net (10.0.255.1) using Apple Safari 3.0.4 on MacOS X (0.06 points) 1. The Search feature can now filter the search by Date (known issue: If you select a date make sure you turn off Select All - to be fixed soon). 2. Rudimentary file attachment search has been added to the Search feature. You can only search by filename or partial filename if you happen to know it. Searches for files within posts with descriptions are better suited to a Keyword search. 3. The pop-up Titles that are shown when long subjects are on the board should show up correctly now (known issue: HTML is counted, so "short subject" length on the board isn't consistent). 4. The Profile page now updates your Display Name Preview so you can see it as you type it (requires Javascript). Rich Text editing of Display Name and Signature are coming soon. 5. You may now enter personal information in your profile. That information will show up if someone clicks your name on a post. If you don't enter the info it won't show up. As a side note, with the exception of background stuff like the site administrator and install features, the board software is almost feature-complete for this version.

No ... even though I'm not sure whether I'll use any of them, I appreciate your work.

Heya Jase, I've noticed two differences sometimes when replying to posts. 1) See my reply to your story? The default text font and colour were as they appeared (pink and so on) and there were all the buttons to change the font and what not in the reply. 2) But for this reply here they are the regular "standard" default, which I prefer, with no buttons and so on. I'd prefer option two all the time, since I don't want to be bothered changing around font colours etc....is there some way I can make this happen? I don't know why it sometimes occurs and sometimes doesn't. Is it a case of using one way of replying over another or something? Hope that makes sense. Al B.

The software has what I call "smart rich text". By default, if a post is made without Rich Text turned on, replying to that post goes to standard mode. A post that was made with Rich Text, replying to that goes to Rich Text mode. There's a setting on the Profile page to set that. By default it says "Rich Text: Smart". You can change "Smart" to "Always" or "Never". Alternately, above the text entry box there's a link that says "Rich Text" (or HTML if you're using Rich Text) which changes the format.
