...And his name is Jeff Deboer.
He's a Canadian artist who is most famous for making beautiful, metal suits of armor for mice and cats. Every now and then, someone comes along with an idea that makes you say "Now why didn't I think of that?"

He has more than just the armor there... there are some nifty ray guns and space ships, and some more "traditional" art pieces as well, but it's all a lot of fun.
If I wasn't suffering from horrible writers block right now, the mouse armor would have definitely led to a Magweed/Mouse Knight story... Maybe later.
