First there's a probability arsonist incendiary explosion taking down force field generators. There's a Lara EMP-energy overload taking out electronics and automated defence systems. There's Sorceress' spell shredding arcane wardings. There's Liu Xi's elemental assaults literally flooding weapons sytems and pressure blasts blowing them away. And then the close-up attack fighters go in. And all of that keeps anyone from spotting the tech-types heading for remaining command and control systems.
