Acts of Vengeance - Parodyverse style.

Not really a similar plot at all, but all the villains in the same room made me think of it.

I depicted this issue as drawn by John Byrne (shhhhhh! Don't tell Visionary).

Looks like I was incorrect with my guess last thread. So at this point I'm going to guess it's someone thought of as dead. Like Pierson's Porter. Or Jarvis. Yeah - bad Jarvis - back from the dead/France to make the universe suffer.
