It's just time-lapse photography of landscapes, but they're simply stunning. If you can, watch it in HD full screen.

At the Mitsukoshi restaurant at Disney there's a huge wall with video slides near the sushi bar of stunning landscapes. It's my favorite section to sit in.

There, the "nigiri" is awesome. That's a simple cut of fish on a bed of rice.

There is also "sashimi", which is just slices of fish (the word actually means slices), "maki" which is a small piece of fish in a roll surrounded by seaweed, and an classic roll which is the one most familiar to people in the U.S., a piece of fish surrounded by seaweed and then rice.
