Previous Post Actually, now might be the time to mention that a couple of weeks ago I actually nearly died on an operating table when a major vein ruptured during neurosurgery. Apparently I was losing nearly a quart of blood a minute for a few exciting minutes there during the seven hour procedure. However, I'm home and safe now, albeit with a lot of stitches and some interesting new scars, and I'm expected to be able to go back to work sometime in the new year. At least that's my excuse for not posting a new story recently.
